I'm putting the finishing touches on the Baptism Video we're showing for this weekend's services. I thought I'd give you guys a sneak peak. We always video our baptism events and show a recap of it the next week. We also give a DVD copy along with a certificate to everyone that gets baptized. As I edit I always think back to what a special time it was for me (and also wish someone had filmed it). :)
Any thoughts or suggestions on the video or your own baptism experience?

This is good stuff man! I was baptized back in 2001 and began serving the Lord just a short time after that. Looking back I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I don't remember if any pix or video were taken that day, but I still have my certificate just in case any doubters show up at my door. :)
That was beautiful, I'm here at work crying. Actually one of the guys was passing by and starting watching it with me and tells me that whenever he gets cold again he's going to eat a hotdog to wam up, lol. I saw the video on Pedro's page a few minutes ago.
My Babtism Experience was great excet for when my braid was got on the bottom of my sister's raincoat and I was tangled under water. LOL yep the pictures are hilarious and I wish someone would have got that on camera. I can't find the words to describe that experience. Life was breathed into me that day.
All the ladies at the retreat missed the video, and alot of them were babtized that day, are you showing it on wednesday?
Good job Rudy, I'm sorry I wasn't there to help you out but now that I see how the video came out, I guess you didn't need me after all. This was almost as nice as my baptism. No certificates, no video production, just the Lord, me, a crazy girl I call my cousin and the sun rising behind me. The witnesses were a group of surfers and the seagulls were leading worship. LoL. And it was exactly one year after I was saved.
Denise is making fun of me for all the words that I mispelled. For her: warm, Baptism, except and baptized...see I typed them right this time!

What a blessing to be baptized and then the following week go on a retreat with the 105 most wonderful beautiful women on God's green earth!
